Creation of Sustainable Jobs in Patishta AD

Patishta AD has started its activity in 1993 as a single-member private limited liability company registered under the Commerce Act that is further preregistered as a joint-stock company. Its main activity is classified in Sector F, code 42.11 “Construction of motorways, roads and runways” according to the Classification of economic activities 2008. Presently the company executes a number of projects, in the field of construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of roads and road facilities, as well as the production of aggregates as an ancillary occupation. The successful development of the company’s activity since its establishment is due to the work and efforts of more than 100 employees who are presently provided with stable employment and incomes in the company. Following this policy, with the implementation of the proposed project under the procedure “New Job 2015” within OP “Human Resource Development” we plan to create 13 new jobs for unemployed people up to 12 months at the positions „Engineer, energetic” (1 new job), “Ecologist” (1 new job), “Technician, construction and architecture” (2 newly employed), „Electronic trades worker” (1 new job), “Welder” (1 job) “Driver, road construction machines” (2 job positions) and “Construction worker” (5 newly employed people). The project also includes the provision of necessary equipment for the new jobs that will be created in the company. These activities will provide for the sustainable employment of 4 unemployed youths aged up to 29 years and 9 unemployed over 30 years including 3 aged over 54 years or a total of 13 new jobs that will be created and equipped in the company. This will ensure the achievement of the project overall objective to encourage the creation of new sustainable jobs for unemployed people from the town of Shumen and the region through the provision of new job opportunities within our company.
