The project proposal envisages creation of long-term prospects for employment of unemployed persons in "AB Communications" Ltd. The project relies on a set of activities that will allow complete use of available human resources currently placed at risk of exclusion from the labor market and social marginalization. For this purpose, the project idea involves: 1/ the disclosure of 5 new jobs, 2/ the purchase of equipment and software for the provision of new jobs; 3/ project management activities and information and publicity as well. Jobs for employees will be in compliance with the needs of the company, so as to ensure long-term employment and new employees can be regarded as an investment resource. It is envisaged that 3 employees will be appointed at the position of Marketing Experts, one of them - at the place of Reporter, and 1 - at the position of Graphical designer. Under the project equipment and specialized software will be purchased. They will enable the new employees to fulfil their duties as per their job descriptions.
