My new workplace in "METRON"AD

METRON EAD is a leading Bulgarian furniture company. In recent years the company has expanded its product range and demand for its products is constantly increasing, which led to the decision to expand the production capacity of the company. This would be successful implemented mainly through subsidized employment of Human Resource Development Operational Programme, as the company plans to open 22 new jobs, which will be kept long-term. The project proposal covers four target groups - long-term unemployed and inactive persons, unemployed persons aged over 54, and the young unemployed to 29. The main objective of the project is to provide employment opportunities and raise wages through active involvement in the labor market, the sub-objectives are the creation of new jobs for persons of the above target groups and by their implementation to help achieve the objectives Axis 1 of the “Human Resources Development” Operational Programme: Improving access to employment and job quality. The main activity in the project: employment of unemployed and / or inactive for a period of 12 months and the expected results of its implementation are creating sustainable jobs, employment and income, providing opportunities for professional development. The project includes also the purchase of equipment needed for new jobs. Overall implementation of this project will contribute to improving the adaptability of unemployed and increase competitiveness on the labor market in Sofia region.
