Achieving higher employment by hiring unemployed and inactive people in "Perfect-invest 2007" LTD

"Perfect invest 2007" LTD was founded in 2007 in Burgas. Its main statistical ecnomis code is 68.20 "Renting and operating own real estate". In the future, the company wants to develop in different direction - managing and servicing buildings. It is envisaged that the company will take the overall operation and maintenance of two sites in Burgas. With this project proposal "Perfect invest 2007" LTD is applying for hiring people, who will maintain the buildings. The people will be from the procedure's target group - unemployed and inactive people for a period of 12 months. It is planned at least 50% of the new jobs to be kept for minimum 12 months after project's implementation - it will be provided conditions for creating sustainable work positions. The subsidized employment will motivate the employer to invest in the most valuable company resource - human capital, and on the other hand - will improve the new employees' life standard and will reduce the unemployment in Burgas and the region. There are 5 specific categories target groups, which are characterized with difficult realization on the labor market. "Perfect invest 2007" LTD is planning minimum 50% of the new employees to be from 4 of them: unemployed people up to 29 years old, unemployed people over 54 years old, long-term unemployed and inactive people and unemployed people with low education. The aforementioned project purposes will be achieved by the implementation of the following activities: 1. Project organization and management 2. Project information and publicity 3. Hiring unemployed and inactive people 4. Purchasing equipment, working clothes, personal protective equipment and stock, connected with the new positions
