A NEW JOB - SELF-CONFIDENCE AND SELF-RELIANCE

In the current project the candidate plans to provide a 12-month employment for 20 unemployed and non-active individuals at newly equipped workplaces. It is planned that at least 10 individuals will be hired, who fall in specific categories, including those aged 29 years or under, and those aged over 54, with education below secondary, or persons who are long-term unemployed and non-active. The objectives will be achieved through opening job opportunities for six different positions, hiring unemployed or non-active persons appropriate for those positions, providing properly equipped workplaces, and creating a good working environment and working conditions. The project will encourage and motivate the unemployed individuals to increase their employability, and will enable them to access active working life. Within a period of 12 months, they will be able to acquire or apply their professional skills and competencies, gain experience, develop their potentials, and gain income from employment adequate to their job position. At the same time, with the financial support of the ESF, the company will increase its capacity by opening new jobs and ensuring the adequate facilities and materials. The existence of 20 new equipped workplaces will increase by nearly 10% the company’s human capital. The provided employment possibilities will contribute to achieving the social objectives of STROITEL LTD. aimed at creating job opportunities for the unemployed from vulnerable groups in the labor market, including low-educated or unskilled persons. The company will make the necessary efforts to preserve the newly created jobs and is currently planning to retain at least 50% of them for another period of 12 months. All newly hired employees who have demonstrated their motivation to work, occupational fitness and commitment to the working process will be given the chance for a sustainable job and a secured income in the future.
