New horizons in "Euroqualification center" Jsc

The project proposal "New Horizons in "Euroqualification center" Jsc” is aimed at increasing the opportunities and sustainable integration in the labour market of 8 unemployed and/or inactive persons by providing 12 months of employment and newly equipped workplaces for the position of "Trainings organiser”. At least four of the employees are expected to be representatives of specific vulnerable groups, including long-term unemployed and inactive under the age of 29 or above 54. They will be situated in the central office of the company in the city of Sofia as well as in the network of offices in 4 cities in the country: Plovdiv, Burgas, Varna and Rousse. The implementation of the project objectives will be achieved by conducting a selection procedure and recruitment of 8 unemployed or inactive persons that meet the requirements of the scheme under the HRD OP and the company's needs; providing vocational training for the profession "Office Manager” and training in "Digital competence"; providing the necessary equipment for the workplace and creating a good working environment. Through the means of the project, the unemployed will be encouraged and motivated to work by providing them with the necessary conditions to access an active working life. They will acquire vocational skills and competences, develop their potential and receive adequate income for their positions. At the same time, with the financial support of the ESF under the HRD OP, the company will increase its capacity by opening new jobs in several regions of the country and ensuring their technical and material supplies, which will contribute to the territorial expansion of its activity. The intentions of the company are to achieve sustainability of the results by retaining at least 50% of the newly opened jobs for at least another 12 months. Employees with proven professional and working potential will have the opportunity to continue working in the company after their participation in the project.
