"Opening of new jobs in "May-Centrala"JSC"

The project proposal is oriented towards supporting the creation of new jobs and job placement of 23 unemployed mostly low education and without qualification, to be employed in labor relations at the company candidate, and their inclusion in vocational training in the profession "Tailor" for ensuring sustainable 12 months of subsidized employment. The focus of the project is placed on specific categories - unemployed youth up to 29 years old included, unemployed people above 54 years old and/or long-term unemployed and inactive people, who are going to be not less than 12 people in the target group of the project. The project essentially proposes measures to overcome obstacles to entering the labor market and stay there, encouraging the unemployed to active labor realization and relevant professional qualification. The project focuses on the provision of suitable training, which is a prerequisite for quality implementation of their employment and providing sustainable employment in a real working environment. The project is a reliable tool which allows for the implementation of measures aimed at creating new jobs, active integration into the labor market of disadvantaged groups, and increase the employability of unemployed people in the real sector. The project envisages providing support to investment costs and labor costs for employer-related jobs created. Activities are implemented in an enterprise for the production of clothing "May-Centrala" JSC in the city Montana, Northwestern Region. After completion of the project employer will retain the workplace for 12 months at least 50% of employees under the project.
