“New career opportunities in “Direct Services” Ltd.”

The project “New career opportunities in Direct Services Ltd.'' will promote the involvement of the people in the labor market and will provide employment. The target group are unemployed young people aged up to 29 y. incl. and unemployed and/or inactive from 30 to 54 y. - Unemployed and/or inactive with different levels of education which will be hired as computer operator and polygraphist. The project provides for the opening of 12 months of 14 new jobs in priority and innovative economic business sector. The specific objectives of the project are sustainable integration of the target group in the labor market through corporate training, as well as creating favorable conditions of the workplace. Giving the opportunities for work and development of the people will lead to the acquisition of occupational skills in a real environment, access to good education and improving their quality of life. The selection of the people will be done through a recruitment agency as well as LO of the EA. Will be identified the unemployed and inactive people with different levels of education, with or without qualifications and experience , according to company policy for staff development which is part of the corporate social responsibility of D.S. Ltd . The new jobs for the people will be equipped with 6 numbers of scanners required for the performance of their employment duties. In order to adapt better the new employers will be used mentors selected from among the most experienced employees. 7 of 14 new hires will be saved in the next 12 m. after project completion. To promote the project and its results will be used a variety of communication channels and advertising materials. Successful implementation of the project will be supported by project management organization. The project results sustainable employment and internal company training of 14 people from the target group by providing work in a company with a future, with innovative approaches to work and new technologies.
