New possibility for employment and career in “Palltex” Ltd

The main business of Palteks" Ltd., is in the field of trade in clothing and footwear. Within the framework of the economic activity the company has established itself not only as a leading distributor of workwear and personal protective equipment, but also committed employer with a focus on the needs of staff and support the sustainability of their economic and social status. The company supports the development of the labor market and its management strategy staff is based on supporting the professional and personal development of staff. In an expression of this practice, management team develops a project initiative called New possibility for employment and career in “Palltex” Ltd with a focus on employment and professional recognition of the workforce. The objective is to promote career and social activity of the vulnerable groups in the labor market for the region through inclusion in employment of 6 new employees. The project is focused on unemployed and inactive persons aged up to 29 years in response to their needs in the current socio-economic conditions. The company offers a workload for a period of 12 months and the opportunity to develop personal skills such as communication skills and practical positions with commercial and executive functions. Providing employment is the main destination within the 15 month implementation of the project, during which the management team of "Palteks" Ltd. is committed to the qualitative selection of candidates, good financial management, reporting, dissemination of results and good practice.
