Improve quality of services by opening new working places and professional training at CEZ Razpredelenie AD

CEZ Razpredelenie Bulgaria AD main activity is the distribution of electricity and operation of the grid, which it operates, maintains, repairs and develops in order to relay electricity to consumers in the territory of the license - Sofia City, Sofia Region and the regions of Pleven, Montana, Vidin, Vratsa, Blagoevgrad and Kyustendil. The maintenance of facilities and equipment, in accordance with the technical requirements, the development of the distribution network, according to the outlook for economic development, continuity of electricity supply, quality of the electricity, requires increase of specialists with relevant professional qualifications engaged in this activity. The problem facing the company is the provision of such employees. Creating incentives for employers to create new workplaces under this procedure, and appropriate training for the employees will contribute to overcome this problem. This project proposal of the applicant includes the following activities: - Hiring 14 unemployed and / or inactive persons for a period of 12 months, 50% of whom belong to vulnerable groups / incl. those with poor education and qualifications, permanently away from the labour market, older than 54, and youths under 29 /; - Providing training to 8 already employed persons in the professional qualification; - Purchasing up-to-date machines, equipment and instruments associated with the opening of new working places; - Providing sustainability of the newly opened working places through a commitment of the applicant beneficiary to maintain at least half of them long-term; The successful implementation of these project activities will not only help improve access to employment of the unemployed and/or inactive persons, the quality of labour and integration of the most vulnerable groups on the labour market, but will set up conditions to improve the quality of services provided by CEZ Razpredelenie Bulgaria AD and the competitiveness of the company.
