This project proposal aims to create new jobs in the transport company for four drivers after passing consistent training for vocational training and language training. It provides for the involvement of four persons from the group of unemployed or inactive people seeking better realization or a way to enhance their social status, who will be appointed for a period of one year in office "driver". Half of the people will be representatives of vulnerable groups - unemployed young people aged 29 years and individuals in retirement - for that new career will give incentive for active work, self-improvement and self-esteem in the workplace. It will organize training for newly employed persons in the profession "drivers of public transport vehicles" to improve knowledge about safe passenger and driving time management and implementation of laws in operation. There is a compulsory language training for all new recruits to ensure quality service for foreign travelers, allowing them effective contact and understanding of key terms and documents. To provide jobs in shift regime it will deliver a car which will be recorded and put into operation a license taxi. Sustainability is guaranteed at least two jobs for one year after the end of the project to the continuing capacity expansions and company team.
