New jobs in MAK-MILCHO AND ANETA KALENOVI LTD

The project aims to create jobs without reservations. / Inactive and improve their qualifications by providing professional development and improvement of their skills, which will lead to the integration of vulnerable groups in the labor market. Mak - Milcho and Aneta Kalenovi Ltd. is a company with an experienced team that seeks to impose on the market with the quality of manufactured products, orders executed in a reasonable time at a competitive price. From inception to date, the company offers a wide range of plastic products, metal products and melamine. The products offered by the company are well received by customers, the demand is greater, and the capacity of the company - insufficient. The company is experiencing an acute shortage of quality manpower necessary to ensure normal work process and cover the deficit of labor in the team of the company. To currently available jobs, the project company will open 7 new. They will be filled by unemployed and inactive persons residing in the territory of Sofia Municipality. It is planned to be created following new positions: Machine operator, production of plastic products and machine operator, grinding metal.It is expected that after completion of the project permanently employed in the composition of the applicant to stay a minimum of 4 persons involved in the project.This project is entirely directed towards improving access to employment and quality jobs through a combination of activities to integrate without reservations inactive job seekers. Through the implementation of project activities will invest in human capital through adequate measures to create new jobs with long-term sustainability and acquire new skills for their occupation. The project provides for the purchase of modern equipment for servicing their debts.
