“New employment opportunities in Panda Cooperation”

The project “New employment opportunities in Panda Cooperation” support the unemployed people, to involve in the labour market via opening the 28 new jobs for 12 months in the Panda Cooperation. The target groups of the project are: 1) unemployed and inactive youngsters aged up to 29 incl. and 2) unemployed and inactive people or long-term unemployed over 29 years. The project envisages Cooperation Panda to open 28 new jobs on five different positions in innovative economic business sector. 50 % of the new jobs are for the young people. 14 of the new jobs will be saved in next 12 months after the end of the project and also half of them for the youngsters. The selection of an unemployed will be done through a recruitment company in collaboration with Labour Offices of the Employment Agency. Will be identified the unemployed and inactive people, incl. young ones up to 29 years with different levels of education, with or without qualifications and experience , according to company policy for staff development which is part of the corporate social responsibility of the Panda Cooperation. The new jobs will be provided with necessary equipment required for the positions as well as 28 computers, 14 numbers of special software packages as CRM and pda ones, 22 phones and 22 sets of desk and chairs. To promote the project and its results will be used a variety of communication channels and advertising materials. Successful implementation of the project will be supported by project management organization. The selection of the PMO and the contractors will be selected in accordance with Minister’s Decree 118 of 20 May 2014. The project objective is to provide sustainable employment of the unemployed and inactive persons and representatives of the vulnerable target groups on the labour market as are the youngsters up to 29 and long-term jobless ones via work in a company with a future, with innovative approaches to work and new technologies.
