"OFFICE EXPRESS SERVICE" AD applies in this proceeding as an employer intending to provide 13 new job positions in the area of wholesale office supplies and paper, in the specialized company departments such sa marketing, human resources, sales and product department. The job positions will be created for the company's offices in Varna, Bourgas, Veliko Turnovo and Sofia. The project proposal envisages the creation of new jobs for 13 people, representatives of the target group - unemployed and / or inactive people, more than half of them aged under 29 years. New employees will be trained on key competence 4 "Digital competence" in view of the specific requirements of the position to which they are assigned. Within the framework of the project will be included activities such as information and publicity and organization / project management. The candidate will provide employment for persons for a period of 12 months, after completion of the project will retain at least 50% of newly created jobs for a minimum of 12 months. Planned activities will lead to the achievement of the objectives of the project proposal related to supporting the process of integration into the labor market for unemployed and inactive persons, by creating new jobs and providing appropriate training. In particular, will increase the number of young people involved in employment aged under 29 - representatives of one of the vulnerable groups in the labor market. This will improve the availability, adaptability and their competitive presence in the labor market.
