New opportunities for long-term employment in ORTHOS-DESIGN Ltd.

The present project proposal aims at creating sustainable jobs for unemployed and inactive persons as well as the productivity and the competetivness of ORTHOS-DESIGN Ltd. by increasing the knowledge and skills of the target group and securing funds for investment expenses and salaries. The project activities are planned to provide trainings for acquisition of professional qualification and training courses on key competencies for a total of 10 people from the following specific categories - unemployed youths up to 29 years incl .; persons aged over 54, and long-term unemployed persons, as well as providing employment for a minimum period of 12 months in the offices of ORTHOS-DESIGN Ltd. in Blagoevgrad and Sofia and at the construction sites of the company around the country. Equipment and furniture, which is necessary for the newly created 10 new jobs is planned to be purchased to ensure good conditions for the better performance of the daily duties of the newly recruited persons. During the implementation of the project, the Beneficiary will implement several activities for promoting the project, its best practices and results among stakeholders and the general public. After the completion of the project, ORTHOS-DESIGN Ltd. will make further efforts to promote integration on the labor market of newly hired employees by ensuring their long-term sustainable employment in the offices of the company. The ORTHOS-DESIGN Ltd. will provide post-employment for another 12 months for at least 50% of the employees right after the end of project activities.
