New opportunities for employment in Account Corporation EOOD

This project proposal aims at providing an opportunity for acquiring competencies, knowledge and experience in the field of accounting and auditing services through providing employment to 6 persons from the target group of unemployed and economically inactive people. Creating a team of qualified specialists among targeted persons, Account Corporation EOOD declares as achievable following the acquisition of knowledge and skills that are specific to its field of activity. The strategic development of the company defines the necessity of a team of experts who would perform the key activities of the company. Based on this, the applicant has decided to use the given opportunity for staff training, as some of the newly employed people have not the necessary qualification required for the position. In this connection, the project activities incorporate vocational education training and acquiring key competence 2 "Foreign languages knowledge“and key competence 4 "Ability to work with information technologies". The planned equipment is optimally co-related to the capacity and the necessary resources for maintaining, in accordance with the needs and demands of the 6 newly employed people, and facilitates their involvement and active participation in the work process as part of the team. Providing accurate, timely, appropriate and lawful management and reporting of the project activities is carried out through the process of project management. All project activities will be accompanied by measures for information and publicity which will emphasize on the communication of the support of the ESF granted to the applicant.
