Sustainability and professionalism of the new jobs in "REKARPLAST 2006" Ltd.

"REKARPLAST 2006" Ltd. was established in 2006 with core business - design and manufacture of curtain walls, aluminum and PVC windows, partitions, glass showcases, awnings and metal structures. The company has the potential of technology and customers. For the full realization of economic and market positioning it is necessary to expand the personnel of the company by creating new jobs. The project is directed at consistent implementation of the personnel policy of "REKARPLAST 2006" Ltd. - employment of necessary staff (unemployed and / or inactive persons) and their vocational training in order to achieve sustainable jobs. It is envisaged the employment of 10 employees targeted by the procedure - unemployed and inactive persons for a period of 12 months. The objectives targeted by this project are: 1. Providing employment to 10 unemployed and inactive persons (100% of those employed on the project will belong to specific categories of target groups identified as priorities under this procedure); 2. Increasing the qualification of 10 new employees by providing vocational training; 3. Ensuring the work of newly employed persons by providing them the necessary equipment and clothing /summer and winter, footwear and personal protective equipment/; 4. Ensuring the conditions for creating sustainable jobs, by maintaining at least 50% of newly created jobs for at least 12 months after project completion. The project proposal is linked to the performance of the following activities: Activity 1: Activities for organization and management of the project; Activity 2: Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive persons for a period of 12 months; Activity 3: Purchase of equipment and clothing / summer and winter, footwear and personal protective equipment /; Activity 4: Provision for vocational training of for acquiring second and qualification degree; Activity 5: Information and publicity.
