New jobs in “MADARA 07” EOOD

The project proposal "New jobs in “MADARA 07” EOOD” is aimed at increasing the opportunities and sustainable integration in the labour market of unemployed and inactive persons, by providing employment, vocational training and training in key competence, which will contribute to the achievement of the strategic goals of the "HRD" OP while implementing "Europe 2020" strategy in the field of employment, combating poverty and social exclusion. The project proposal envisages the following activities that will enable the integration of the target group members into the labour market and improve the quality of their life: - Hiring of unemployed and inactive persons for a period of 12 months; - Providing vocational training for those hired under the project; - Providing training in key competence 4 “Digital competence” for those hired under the project; - Purchase of equipment, furniture, fixed intangible assets and inventory related to the creation of new occupations; - Organisation and management of the project; - Dissemination and publicity to promote the project, the "HRD" OP and the support from the ESF. The activities planned in the project proposal cover a target group of 11 unemployed and inactive persons. After completing a selection procedure, the representatives of the target group that meet the requirements of the scheme under the "HRD" OP and those of the employer needed to occupy the new jobs, will be provided with employment for a period of 12 months in “MADARA 07” EOOD on the following positions: "Hairdresser" – 3 persons, "Cosmetician" – 2 persons, "Manicurist" – 2 person, “Masseur" – 1 person, "Receptionist" – 2 persons, "Hygienist" – 1 person, After being hired, two of the newly employed persons will recive the opportunity to be trained in key competence 4 “Digital competence” and 7 other will receive vocational training. In addition, appropriate equipment for the new jobs will be purchased.
