"Creating new jobs in Cremys 09 EOOD"

Project proposal "Creating new jobs in Cremys 09 EOOD" is an initiative that aims to create new jobs in the business field of Cremys 09 EOOD (Ltd), throughout the financial support of the "Development of Human Resources" OP. The project's total budget is 3320 172.38 BGN. The implementation will take a period of 16 months. The project envisages the creation of new jobs in the company - detailed in Activity 2 of the Implementation Plan. According to the needs and capabilities of the company, 45 new jobs are to be revealed in the holding of Cremys 09 EOOD. These working positions are newly created and are in conjunction with the company's field of activities. The project includes activities that facilitate its administration and accounting, which will be delegated to a Management team, and also - activities to promote the implementation, objectives and results of the project. All described in the proposal activities are consistent and fully correspond to the set procedure priorities and to its specific objectives, namely - sustainable integration in the labor market of young people and those who are permanently ignored from it, and the target group will be comprehensive, involving low-educated , long inactive or unemployed and other marginalized social groups. The implementation of the project activities will contribute to reduce unemployment among the target group and will allow their future development. The project creates prerequisites and conditions for economic and sustainable development on the basis of improving the quality of employees' work and promoting their personal fulfillment.
