Creating of conditions for sustainable employment and new jobs in Bionox AN Ltd.

Aiming at increasing of the company's activities by increasing the volume of traded goods through own distribution, and fulfilling its long - term strategy, "Bionox AN" Ltd. will implement this project in full line with the targets of OP " Development of human resources". The project envisages creating of jobs for 15 people from the target groups: people aged under 29 years with secondary or hire education, seeking job or inactive, unemployed or inactive aged over 54 years and permanent unemployed or inactive people at the positions "Accountant", "Jurist", "Webesigner", "System administrator", "Chauffeur", "Distributor", "Operator of contact centre", and "Specialist human resources", providing employment and wages for a period of 12 months and the creation of appropriate conditions for the performance their professional duties by equipping of 15 new job places. After completion of the project "Bionox AN"Ltd. takes the assignment to keep at least 8 job positions for a minimum period of 12 months thus providing employment for a period of 24 months for min. 8 people. The project successful realisation will have entirely positive impact on the representatives of the target groups. Due to their professional experience the employees will acquire new skills that will make them more adaptable to labour market and their participation in it. The successful project realisation will lead to the provision of sustainable employment, income and economic activity and social integration.
