"New jobplaces in PM SPORT Ltd"

The project "New jobplaces in PM SPORT" aims to ensure access to employment for the unemployed and inactive people on the territory of Bourgas. The specific objectives, which sets is providing twelve months of employment for 24 unemployed and inactive people, at least 50% of which representatives of groups with specific needs in PM SPORT in order to integrate them into the labor market and increase their living standard, at least 12 of the jobs created will be maintained after the project by insured assets within the project implementation. PM Sport ltd. is a company situated in Bourgas, trading with sport goods and equipment, as the expanding of the activity identify the necessity of more staff for the core business of the company and recruitment of new construction unit. Activities that will be implemented to achieve the objectives are: 1.Organisation, management and report of the project 2. Hiring of representative of the target group for twelve month period in PM Sport Ltd. 3.Purchasing of equipment, related to the creation of new jobplaces 4.Information and publicity activities With the implementation of the activities we expect to achieve the objectives and following specific results: 1. Provided organisation and reporting performance 2. Provide employment within the project for representatives of groups, recruited 24 unemployed and inactive people, at least 50% of which representatives of groups with special needs for 12 months. 3. Purchased of equipment for new jobplaces. 4. Achieved broad public awareness of the objectives, activities and results of the project
