This system for business process optimisations will offer companies – our clients, from accounting houses to public administrations, modern work practices. They are based on the trending approaches for deploying game elements (gamification) in our daily work. With such system for example two employees will be able to compete who will complete more tasks for a certain time. Such practices are being applied for years abroad and reflect on increasing the employees’ motivation, leading to better results for the companies. For the effective deployment of such service what we need is a software, which will operate it and a software expert, who will add the functionalities, according to the companies’ needs. This task will be given to the newly hired 8 employees. Because they still don’t have the capacity to develop such a system, it will be delivered in the beginning of the project.
