The project "Creating sustainable jobs for unemployed / inactive persons" Rudi Enerdji "Ltd." aims "To create conditions for sustainable employment and career opportunities in the field of food industry." The specific objectives of the project are: 1. To create new jobs for unemployed / inactive persons and / or young people up to 29 years to work in "SGS Build" Ltd; 2. Ensuring sustainable and long-term employment of new employees in "SGS Build" LTD. 3. Development of new products in the company to develop the market share, through which we will achieve a sustainable employment and is a prerequisite for the appointment of more people in the future.. The objectives will be achieved through implementation of the following successive operations: Activity 1: Organization and management of project activities; Activity2: Implementation of publicity and visualization of the project; Activity 3: Select the unemployed / inactive people and provide employment for them in the "Rudi Enerdji" Ltd "; Activity 4: Providing equipment and furniture for new jobs; Activity 5: Providing employment "Rudi Enerdji" Ltd; Through the implementation of these actions will achieve the following measurable results: - In Simitli will be possible to reveal six new jobs in the following positions: Confectioner- 2 persons; Engineering Technology, Food industry - 1; Sales representative - 1; Sales Manager - 1; - The commercial agent will be provided new specialized refrigerated vehicles to provide efficient and quality work and development and increase market share of the company.
