Creating new workplaces in "STAMAT POPOV - MATIO" LTD

"STAMAT POPOV - MATIO" LTD was founded in 2012, whose main activity is related to restaurant business. The social policy of "STAMAT POPOV - MATIO" LTD is based on the idea that the main and most valuable resource of any company are its employees. In order to enhance company capabilities, "STAMAT POPOV - MATIO" LTD plans to offer contracts to 12 people which is covered in this project proposal. It is planned minimum 50% of the hired personnel to be part of the target groups included in this procedure. The aim is to keep at least 6 from the hired people for the next 12 months after the end of the project. This will happen by offering a suitable work environment, investing in equipment needed for the successful performance of professional duties and involving the people in trainings. All these measures will lead to the desired outcome of enhancing the competitiveness of company and improving its market position. In the project proposal are covered all three horizontal principles.
