The realization of this project proposal will help to strengthen the positions of AC LTD as a leading company in the sector of packaging paper and board, by creating new sustainable jobs. Expanding its product portfolio and services offered by the company creates the need of new jobs secured with high-efficiency equipment. The project proposal addresses the main target group – unemployed, part of which is under following specific categories: the unemployed over the age of 54. incl. (2 persons) and unemployed young people at age up to 29 years incl. (1 person). The overall project objective is to improve access to employment by providing new and sustainable jobs for the unemployed in AC LTD. The project goal will be achieved by the activities provided for the hiring of a total of 5 unemployed, incl. youths up to 29 years and people over 54 years, for a period of 12 months and the purchase of new equipment required for the establishment and operation of the new jobs. The expected results of the implementation of the project proposal are: 1) Created five new jobs for five unemployed for 12 months, as two unemployed of them are over 54 years incl. and one unemployed is up to 29 years incl. 2) Acquired new equipment for new jobs, incl. 1 pc. laptop, 1 pc. color printer, 1pc. packaging machine, 1 pc. strapping machine, 1 pc. jigsaw. 3) Preserve jobs for at least 3 new employees for a period of 12 months after completion of the project activities. 4) Successful implementation, management and monitoring of the project. 5) Informing the public about the results of the project, the contribution of EU and OP "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020.
