Perspectives for professional realization and employment

The present project proposal is developed within the framework of the grant procedure New Workplace 2015 for the creation of sustainable workplaces for unemployed and inactive persons, through the implementation of the following activities: 1.Hiring unemployed and inactive persons for a period of 12 months–ensuring high quality employment for 4 persons at age 30-54 and 54+ and providing conditions for active work to reduce the unemployment 2.Providing training for the newly hired persons under the project in Key Competence 2 “Communication in foreign languages”– training of the 4 individuals in English language in order to extent the active and full employment of the newly hired persons and to increase their competitiveness and adaptiveness according to the actual market needs 3.Purchasing equipment, furniture, intangible assets, related to the creation of the new workplaces–to provide high quality workspace and better working conditions, as well as, attractiveness and sustainability of the workplaces by providing the necessary equipment for three additional workplaces for the newly hired persons 4.Activities for organization and management of the project–Establishment of a system for project management to guarantee successful implementation by ensuring compliance with the principles of economy, efficiency and effectiveness, accuracy and high quality in implementation of project activities and to achieve to the maximum degree project indicators. 5.Activities for information and publicity–to implement initiatives informing all stakeholders about the goals, activities and results of the project in utmost fast, objective and timely manner. These activities comply with the requirements of the OP HRD for information and publicity. The implementation of the activities under the project will help the professional realization of the unemployed and inactive persons to achieve high quality of the workforce and increased competitiveness on the labour market.
