New Workplace 2015

The aim of the project is to provide employment for 6 persons for 12 months subsidized employment (incl. through the use of investment support) and then for another 12 months the Beneficiary to provide employment by his own to at least 3 (three) working places. The beneficiary of the project is EMPAS 91 Ltd., a company with experience in implementing activities similar to those included in the proposal. The proposed project manager has more than 10 years of experience in projects with European funding and participated in the organization and management of more than 15 projects under PHARE "Human Resources" and OP "Human Resources Development". Representatives of the target group are unemployed and inactive persons and it is planned: - to be provided employment to 6 persons, of which at least 3 to be individuals from the following specific category - "long-term unemployed and inactive persons"; The total cost of the project and the grant is 61 248.72 leva without VAT. There are 4 (four) activities - A1: organization and management of the project and ind. value is 6 124 leva VAT excl.; A2: Information and publicity - with ind. value 1224 leva, VAT excl.; A3: employment for unemployed and / or inactive persons for a period of 12 months - ind. value - 35 526.72 leva and A4: Acquisition Equipment for new jobs - 18 374 leva VAT. excl. The project cost are effective, efficient and economically justified, and the structure of the budget is respected and also the requirements of the scheme. The project is in syncrony and performs 3 horizontal principle of HRD OP. The term of the project is 18 months, but not later than 31.12.2017 Place of performance of the project is Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Performance indicator (1) is included in the employment unemployed and inactive persons with target - 6 persons, and the result indicator (2) is unemployed and inactive persons who have a job upon ending the operation - target - 3 persons.
