20 new work places

The main objective of this project proposal is to establish sustainable work places for unemployed and inactive people. This objective is divided into two specific: 1) forming and functioning of a staff team for servicing of a foreign students dormitory and 2) ensuring proper and safe labor conditions of hired persons. In order to achieve abovementioned objectives, will be realized relevant activities. With the cooperation of the Labor bureau – Pleven and through jobs advertising in jobs.bg will be realized a selection of unemployed and inactive people for their inclusion in the project, as with priority will be young people aged under 29, persons aged over 54, long – term unemployed aged between 30 – 54 and people with low education degree. With 20 of all candidates will be concluded a labor contract for 12 month period. These all 20 persons will be the staff for servicing the foreign students dormitory. For some of the positions in the project proposal will be applied “shared workplace” where will be hired both young and unexperienced employee as well as experienced adult. For creation of proper working conditions every work place will be equipped. In order to ensure health and safety working conditions, will be signed a contract and will be observed the requirements of the of the occupational health service. All the contracts with external contractors will be signed without tender procedure according to the terms and conditions stipulated in Decree 118 / 05.20.2014. Through a proper project management will be achieved planned results as follows: ensuring 12 month employment of 20 unemployed and inactive people with health and safety working conditions. After project finalization for 11 of them will be proposed permanent employment. Through the activities for information and publicity the society will be informed about the financial contribution of ESF through OP HRD to the project implementation.
