New jobs in EKOGRUP Ltd.

Due to the reduction in the number of tourists in recent years, Ekogrup Ltd. plans to expand its activities in the village of Kranevo and offers services in the field of sport tourism (sports and training camps of martial arts) all year round. This will result a better use of the available facilities, and increase the competitiveness of the company and thus to create new jobs with year-round employment. In 2014 private sector employers in hospitality and restaurant business have announced 2021 jobs on the regional labor market, which is about 30% of total jobs announced for the period. The region has lower levels of employment than the national average over the past five years, the employment rate of the population has decreased by 9.4 percentage points. By age groups for 2013 employees are distributed as follows: 15 to '24 -5.2%, from 25 to 34 -19.5% from 35-34 years - 30.0%, from 45 to '54 - 29.5% and from 55 to 64, 15.8%. Lowest is the employment of the young people 15 to 24 years, followed by those in retirement. Although people over 54 years actively look for a job, they are one of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market and their share among total unemployed persons increased. In accordance with company strategy, project proposal provides for the opening of 22 new jobs in Ekogrup Ltd. of to be appointed unemployed persons over 54 years for a period of 12 months post: Cook (6 persons), Housekeeping / maid Hotel (6 persons) Total worker (7 persons) worker support (3 persons). The new established seven jobs in the laundry, which will employ persons appointed "general laborer" will be equipped with a washing machine, dryer and ironing machine. Implementation of the project will provide 22 persons in retirement fair treatment in the labor market, the opportunity to participate in employment and to increase their active and professional life.
