"Chance for employment"

Project "Chance for employment" has the main purpose of creating preconditions for the creation of sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons in Sofia City. The specific objectives that the project sets out to achieve are: the creation of 15 jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons, with a focus on young people aged up to 29. Activities that will be implemented to achieve the objectives are: 1. Administration and Reporting 2. Purchase of equipment and furniture for the newly created jobs. 3. Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive for 12 months during the project 4. Information and Publicity of the project With the implementation of the activities we expect to achieve both the goals and thespecific results, as follows: 1. Provided organization and reporting performance management 2. Purchase of equipment for the new jobs 3. Provision of employment within the project for representatives of the vulnerable groups - recruited 15 unemployed and inactive persons, including young people aged up to 29 for 12 months. 4. Achieving broad public awareness of the objectives, activities and results of the project. The project proposal creates prerequisites and conditions for economic and sustainable development of the organization based on improving the quality of employees' work and promoting their personal fulfillment. The duration of the project proposal is 15 months. The candidate is solely responsible for the proper implementation of the activities, but also for the proper spending of expenditures in the budget and in line with national and European legislation.
