New opportunity for employment

"Bittel" Ltd. is a leading company in the field of trade with telecommunications, air conditioning systems and intercom equipment. It develops its activity in its own facilities. The development of the company and the increased number of customers leads to growth - a new office and warehouse in the city of Sofia and the need for close profiling of workflows so as to achieve a high level of quality of the commercial-customer relationships. Therefore this project proposal aims professional integration of young people up to 29 years old. The main activities and measures that will be achieved are: - Providing employment to unemployed and / or inactive people for a period of 12 months - the company will employ 12 persons. It is planned that all people are aged up to 29. - Providing equipment for the new jobs created - the necessary equipment will be purchased, which will benefit the newly appointed people to carry out their professional activities for specific jobs. - Creating 7 sustainable job positions after the end of the project proposal by selecting between persons from the target group. The planned project activities include: employment of unemployed and / or inactive people for a period of 12 months.; Purchase of equipment, furniture, Long term non-material assets; Organization and management and Information and publicity. With the implementation of the project the access to employment and workplace quality will improve, as the included target group will integrate permanently into the labor market.
