Polypress is Advertising Agency and polygraphic complex based in the town. Gabrovo. The company exists since 1994 and offers people with extensive experience and knowledge of practice in advertising. Over the years, the company developed rapidly, becoming one of the leading companies in this industry in the Gabrovo region. The company invests in the development of human resources and potential of their staff. the main objectives of the company is one of the main objectives of the candidate is human capital development to ensure higher employment, income and social integration, to enable the company to maintain capacity built over the years. This project contributes to creating conditions for employment of unemployed persons who fall within the priority target groups of the program. The focus is directed towards the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. It is planned to be hired 3 people unemployed youths up to 29 years and 3 persons permanently unemployed and inactive persons. In addition, the objectives of the project proposal fully consistent with the objectives of the "Development of human resources" to improve the quality of life of people in Bulgaria through enhancement of human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increased productivity, access to quality education and lifelong learning and enhancing social inclusion. The project envisages implementation of the following activities: Activity 1. Hire unemployed and / or inactive for a period of 12 months; Activity 2. Purchase of equipment, furniture to the creation of new jobs, business activity 3. organization and management of project activities 4. Information and publicity. jobs and the continuation of investment in human resources are of paramount importance in 2015. The objectives and activities of the project are consistent with long-term priorities of the strategy "Europe 2020" and the need to improve the business environment in Bulgaria.
