New Workplaces in PLAMKO

ET PLAMKO is an established retailer of food and ready meals manufacturer with the largest market share in the Municipality of Popovo. The enterprise is developing its activities in three supermarkets and a stand with culinary cuisine. With the financial support of OP Competitiveness, Procedure: BG161PO003-2.3.02 Energy efficiency and green economy ET PLAMKO in 2014 completed energy renovation of a five-store multi-purpose building. The project included insulation, air conditioning and lighting system for the entire building. Our third store is already working on the first floor. The second floor is designed for the preparation and sale of ready meals. Besides new culinary stand and a new kitchen, there we have provided a self-service fast food restaurant. The project intends to equip the second floor of the building and to reveal 17 new jobs for 1 host, 4 cooks, 6 serving counters and 6 kitchen workers. Unemployed and inactive persons will be employed , including at least five youths aged up to 29 years and at least 4 unemployed aged over 54 years or long-term unemployed persons . Cooks , Kitchen workers and Service counters will undergo training for acquiring professional qualification. We will sign contracts with all the employees for the 8-hour working day, the training will take place during working hours. Management and reporting of activities will be entrusted to external experts. The visualization of the project will include signboards and stickers.
