The overall project objective is to promote integration and easier adaptation to the labor market of 8 unemployed persons under 29 years - one of the most vulnerable groups, by including them in subsidized employment and providing sustainable employment in the company of at least 50%. The specific objectives of the project proposal that will help to achieve the main goal are: - To create suitable working conditions and prerequisites for easy work adaptation through equipment of the new working places; - To reduce social exclusion and to provide opportunity for professional and personal development in a modern and perspective company; - To take into account the attitudes and expectations of the unemployed in order to achieve added value and involvement in the working process. Project activities include: - Activities related to organization and management - Recruitment of the target group - 8 people under 29 years; - Selection procedures for a supplier and delivery of equipment for the new employees; - Selection of suppliers of the planned project services; - Ensuring employment for a period up to 12 months; - Visualisation of the project. As a result, will be equipped workplaces for 8 representatives of the target group that will be included in subsidized employment for 12 months and for at least 50% of them will be possible sustainable employment after completion of the project activities.
