“Creating new jobs at Online Solutions”

The integration of some of the most vulnerable groups on the labour market – young people aged up to 29, including, the long-term unemployed/inactive persons over that age, is one of the biggest challenges for the workforce in our times - the unemployment rate in the country continues to be above the EU-28 average. The objectives of the project proposal address the main problem of these groups – the lack of highly qualified resourced jobs in the labour market, offering opportunities for sustainable and long-term development. The overall objective of the project proposal is the creation of 6 sustainable jobs for representatives of the target groups. Specific objectives: - Creating conditions and real increasing of labor productivity through the purchase of new technological equipment and furnishing for resourcing of 6 jobs; -Integration of the representatives of the target group in the labour market, through the hiring of unemployed and inactive persons for a period of 12 months; -Ensuring the sustainable employment of the persons from the target group after completion of the project, by keeping the jobs created for a minimum of 12 months for at least 50% of them. The target groups are: 2 unemployed persons up to 29 years, 2 long-term unemployed and inactive persons and 2 unemployed or inactive persons. Main activities: Activity 1: Organization and management of the project; Activity 2: Employment of unemployed and inactive persons for a period of 12 months; Activity 3: Purchase of equipment and furniture associated with the creation of new jobs; Activity 4: Information and publicity.
