New jobs in BULSPED SERVICES Ltd.

The project aims to provide career growth opportunities for professional development, creating sustainable jobs for four young people up to 29 years in our company "Bulsped Services" EOOD. The company operates for an year and a half on the territory of city of Sofia. Its main business activity is focused on provision of services to small and medium companies, which have online sales, in order to meet their needs of intermediation during the process of delivery of their merchandise on the territory of Bulgaria. In relation to this main and the quickly growing need for more reliable, faster and cost-effective shipping service, the company decided to set up an offices in Sofia and Varna. Due to this purpose "Bulsped Services" EOOD is willing to hire additional staff. That would include two experts - Marketing Expert (2431 6002 code NCOP 2011) and two Specialist forwarding (code 3331 3001 2011 NCOP.). The Marketing Experts will plan, develop and organize advertising campaigns and policies that support and boost the sales and the two Specialist forwarding will be intermediaries in the marketing and sales between "Bulsped Services" EOOD and its customers. Hiring these unemployed young trainees will be for a period of 12 months. "Bulsped Services" EOOD. in its capacity as the employer, will retain at least two of the four additional duties for twelve months after the completion of the project related activities. After hiring, the trainees will be provided job training in key competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages ​​- English" and key competences 4 "Digital competence", which is of primary importance for the realization of successful fulfillment of their duties as company employees and will certainly help on the way to their realization and further development as experts - Marketing and Sales Representative. To ensure an appropriate environment for four new employees for the project, the company will purchase all the appropriate and required office equipment.
