Creation of 6 new jobs in LP Arch Ltd.

LP Arch Ltd. applies in this grant scheme as an employer intending to provide six new jobs in the field of design services. The project proposal envisaged to be covered 6 people, representatives of the target group - unemployed and/or inactive people, half of them aged under 29 incl. Each of them will pass training KC 4 - Digital Competence in view of the specific requirements of the positions to which they are appointed (architect and draftsman, architecture). New jobs will be equipped in accordance with the characteristics of the position to which they relate. In the framework of the project implementation are provided activities of information and publicity and organization and project management. The candidate will provide employment for the persons for a period of 12 months and after completion of the project will maintain min. 50% of new jobs for min. 12 months. The planned activities will lead to the achievement of the objectives of the project proposal related to supporting the process of integration into the labor market for unemployed and inactive persons by creating new jobs and providing appropriate training. In particular, it will increase the number of young people involved in employment aged under 29 - representatives of one of the vulnerable groups in the labor market. This will improve their employability, adaptability and competitive presence in the labor market.
