Employment for 50 unemployed and inactive persons in Kremak EOOD

"Kremak" EOOD was established in 1993 and currently is one of the largest companies for physical and technical security in the country. It provides professional armed and unarmed physical protection to over 150 industrial sites, incl. sites of national and strategic importance, as well as centralized security to over 12,000 sites with security systems and CCTV equipment. The company's headquarters are located in Stara Zagora, 6 Novozagorsko Shosse St., as the company maintains regional offices in 14 other cities and towns across the country, as well as an office in Skopje, Macedonia. In connection with the expansion of its activities, the company plans to increase its personnel in the period 2016-2017, and the present project provides a suitable opportunity for this. The project envisages the following activities: 1. Employment of 50 unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of 12 months (on positions: security guards - 46 p. and mechanics of electronic signaling equipment - 4 p.). 2. Purchase of specialized vehicles, technical inventory, work clothing and personal protective equipment, related to and necessary for the new jobs. 3. Organization and management of the project. 4. Information and publicity of the project. The company envisages that a minimum of 50% of newly recruited persons under the project (or 25 people) at the date of inclusion in the project activities will belong to three specific categories of unemployed persons, namely: 1) long-term unemployed and inactive persons - 5 people; 2) unemployed persons aged over 54 years - 10 people; and 3) unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. - 10 people. After completion of all project activities "Kremak" EOOD will preserve for a minimum of 12 months at least 50% of the new jobs created under the project, which will ensure sustainable employment of the project target group in line with the requirements of the grant procedure.
