Creating new employment in Gemini 4 Ltd.

Gemini 4 Ltd. was founded in 1991 with its main activity services for car repair.The company has its own garage with four repair premises. Our services include: 1.general car repairs 2.painting 3.automatic gearboxes repair 4.periodic technical examinations. The overall objective of the project is to expand the activities of the Gemini 4 Ltd., through creation of new workplaces. The project directly contributes to stimulate the integration and easier adaptation to the labour market of 8 unemployed or inactive people from two of the most vulnerable groups of unemployed - bellow 29 and over 54, by including them in subsidized employment and providing sustainable employment. The specific objectives of the project are: -to improve the competitiveness of Gemini 4 Ltd., expand its activity, improve service quality and increase its production capacity; -to create suitable working conditions and prerequisites for easy adaptation for work, through purchase of equipment for the new work places to be taken by people from the target group; -to reduce the social isolation of 8 unemployed people and to provide opportunity for their successful professional and personal development in a modern fast-growing company. The selected target groups are among the most problematic on the labour market.Through project implementation we will enable 8 people from the target groups to find sustainable employment in a fast growing company on the market offering favourable work conditions.In order to achieve the project objectives we are planning to implement activities for the equipment of the new work places, recruitment of unemployed people from the target group, training of the newly employed on the workplace.The equipment planned to be purchased under the project is necessary for the performance of the newly employed duties, as the company currently does not have all the necessary equipment. The project includes activities for visualization and publicity and for project management.
