Providing opportunities for employment and training of unemployed and inactive persons in "Superdoc" Ltd.

The overall project objective is to create conditions for a sustainable integration in the labor market for the unemployed, through creation of new jobs in "Superdoc" Ltd. and providing training opportunities. To achieve the targets of the project will undertake the following activities: 1. Organisation and project management; 2. Selection and recruitment of unemployed persons in "Superdoc" Ltd; 3. Conducting training in Key competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages"; 4. Purchase of equipment for new jobs in "Superdoc " OOD. 5. Information and publicity. Expected results: Conducted 14 team meetings and protocols prepared; opened four new jobs for the unemployed in "Superdoc" Ltd.: 4 newly positions "Sales Representative - IT" signed contracts for 12 months with 4 representative of the target group; established two sustainable jobs that will be reserved 12 months after the end of the project; conducted training CC 2 "Communication in foreign languages" - three levels of English language training, 300 hours, 4 representative of the target group; 4 representative of the target group successfully trained in CC 2 "Communication in foreign languages" and received a certificate; purchased and delivered equipment 3 notebooks with license;3 smartphones,4 digital photo cameras;1 article on the company site, reflecting the objectives, activities and expected results,made a sign outside the office project - 1; made two publications in the media; printed and placed stickers on the project purchased equipment – 10.
