Creating new jobs and providing employment in Dialysis Center RURIKOM

According to "EU statistics on income and living conditions" (EU-SILC) and BSI there are 1.673 million people in Bulgaria who are impoverished. One of the main reasons for impoverishment is unemployment. It is often caused by discrimination of employers against specific group – adolescents, seniors above 54, people with low education level, et cetera. The main cause for the employers` unwillingness to appoint people in that groups is the absence of experience and/ or skills that the business needs. OPHRD clearly emphasizes on the necessity of creating workplaces and engaging unemployed as a main step for decreasing impoverishment in the country. The project will contribute to the struggle against unemployment through engaging unemployed in Dialysis Center RURIKOM. The project aims to engage 11 unemployed people of age range between 20-64 years old. The people will be allocated in three target groups. In the first target group is included people up to age of 29. In the second group – up to 54. In the third group – between 30 and 54 years old. In order to achieve the target there will be activities for engaging unemployed people in a period till 12 months as well as acquiring new equipment that is necessary for creating new workplaces. It is planned activities regarding project management and informing participants and society. As a results from the project, it is expected participants to undertake practical education, in order to develop work habits, as well as getting used to the specifics of the working process. It is expected that the acquired equipment will ensure the workplace for part of newly appointed for another 12 months after the project is finished. The applicant expects to keep at least 50% of those people as well as the enterprise will make an effort for extend the period of employment beyond those 12 months.
