New working places in MEDICO PLUS-1 LTD

The overall project objective is to improve the job prospects of unemployed and inactive youth through the creation of sustainable jobs in the trade and manufacture of orthopedic mattresses, blankets, pillows and more. The target group of this project are unemployed persons registered in the Labor Office and inactive people, motivated to grow professionally in sales and production of orthopedic mattresses, blankets, pillows and more. and meeting the requirements of the employer for the job. The project will be hired and trained 14 unemployed and inactive persons, as they will be specific category: "young people up to 29 years' and "unemployed and/or inactive people aged over 30".Target of the project will be realized through the combination of the following activities: Activity 1. Organization and Management ; Activity 2. Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive for a period of 12 months in the company MEDICAL PLUS-1 Ltd; Activity 3. Professional training of employees; Activity 4. Purchase of equipment for new jobs; Activity 5. Promotion of the project. Expected project results are: - Held 18 meetings; - Revealed 14 new jobs: "Tailor" - 5 pcs., "Cutter" - 2 pcs., "Marketing Expert" -1 pc. "Warehouseman" - 1. "Technology" - 1. "Sales Representative" - ​​4 pcs.; - Signed contracts for 12 months with 14 representatives of the target group; - Create sustainable jobs, seven of which will be reserved 12 months after the end of the project; - Professional training 6 newly hired individuals to 29god. and 6 over 30; - Received 12 pcs. documents for vocational training; - Purchased and delivered equipment for new jobs; - Provided public through the dissemination of three publications on the website of MEDICAL PLUS-1 Ltd; - Made and placed an information board outside the office project -1br.; - 9 pcs. stickers reflecting the EU financial assistance to put on equipment purchases.
