The project aims the recruitment of 12 unemployed young people up to 29 years, as well as maintaining a minimum of five jobs created after completion of the project. Our goal is to form a qualified and well motivated team working to train him to get professional qualifications, skills and use of modern equipment, attaining high standards of service and to satisfy our customers' needs. In the area of services, where the service is provided directly serviced by qualified personnel is essential for the company. Therefore we anticipate employed to undergo training to acquire professional skills in professions in the profession "Waiter, Bartender", code SPPOO 811080 - 7 of employees and the profession "Cook", code SPPOO 811070 - 5 of employed under the project. These trainings will be assigned to training organizations with extensive experience in conducting, which offer not only a sound theoretical knowledge, but also form a good practical skills. To provide and ensure the successful implementation of the project will apply the experience gained by the team and the manager in order to provide sustainable employment. Of staff will be created excellent working conditions will be provided the most advanced equipment and facilities. Achieved through during the project will be promoted in compliance with the requirements for the application of the rules on information and communication. The project proposal will advocate horizontal principles of gender equality, equal opportunities and non-discrimination and sustainable development.
