New working places at Avtomagistrali JSC

The main objective of the project proposal is to generate 24 sustainable working places. At least 12 of the working places will be for long-term unemployed and inactive people and people aged under 29. There are two specific objectives: 1. To create preconditions for hiring 12 unemployed and/or inactive people; 2. To create preconditions for hiring 12 long-term unemployed and/or inactive people and people aged aged under 29. To achieve these objectives we have planned the following activities: 1. Project organization and management; 2. Project visualization; 3. Hiring 24 unemployed and inactive people for a period of 12 months; 4. Equipping the newly established working places. The main activities to achieve the project objectives are providing employment for 12 months period equipping the newly established working places. During the employment period the persons from the target group will acquire professional knowledge and skills, which they need for long-term employment in sustainable sector as road-building and maintenance. They will also form or recover working habits and earn a chance for realization in a field of a road-construction. The plans for future development of the road infrastructure, declared by the government will provide a possibility of working realization in the companies in this field. Under the project proposal is foreseen the equipping of the newly established working places, which is an additional motive for the Company to apply.
