Providing employment through creation of 8 new job positions in "UltraPlay" Ltd.

"UltraPlay" Ltd. applies in this proceeding as an employer intending to provide eight new job positions in the field of computer programming. The project proposal envisages the creation of new jobs for 8 people, representatives of the target group - unemployed and / or inactive, all of which fall into a specific category of unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. New employees will be trained on Key Competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages" to meet the specific requirements of the positions to be appointed. Within the project activities are envisaged for the purchase of equipment, furniture and intangible fixed asset necessary for the creation of new jobs, information and publicity, and business organization and management of the project. "UltraPlay" Ltd. will provide employment for targeted persons for a period of 12 months, after completion of the project will retain at least 50% of newly created jobs for a minimum of 12 months. Planned activities will lead to the achievement of the objectives of the project proposal related to supporting the process of integration into the labour market for unemployed and inactive persons, by creating new jobs and providing appropriate training. Will increase the number of jobs involved in young people aged up to 29 years in the area of the town Sofia - representatives of one of the vulnerable groups in the labour market. This will improve their employability, adaptability and competitive presence in the labour market.
