New employment opportunities in Mirex Auto Ltd.

The overall objective of the project proposal is to promote the integration and adaptability to the labour market of 6 persons from the most vulnerable groups in the labour market - unemployed persons up to 29 and over 54. by including them in subsidized employment for 12 months and providing sustainable employment of at least 50% after project end. The specific objectives of the project are the following: - To expand the Company's activities through opening of 6 new job positions. - To create favourable conditions and preconditions for easy integration and adaptation of the newly employed staff through purchase of equipment necessary for their duties. - Providing opportunities for professional development of people up to 29 youths and employment of people over 54 at the end of their career. The project activities include: Organization and management; Project information and publicity activities; Selection of representatives of the target groups- aged up to 29 and unemployed people over the 54; Selection of a contractor / supplier and purchase of assets necessary for the new jobs; Selection of insurance agent for the purchased fixed assets; Selection of company provider of services for occupational safety company with a contract for 6 persons for 12 months; Hiring of the unemployed and / or inactive people and subsidized employment for 12 months. As a result of the project, six representatives of the target groups will be included in subsidized employment for 12 months,and their work places will equipped with new equipment ensuring sustainable employment.
