Improving access to employment and quality of jobs in “Congress Engineering” OpLtd

The company has many years of experience in rental of a full range of professional equipment for the technical support of conference events.The main activity code is N 77.39 "Renting and leasing of other machinery, equipment and tangible goods n.e.c.” To remain competitive in the market and to strengthen its position, the company offers the ideal combination of high technology, style and professionalism in the field of rental.The company has established its name as a reliable and trustworthy partner, but as a loyal employer striving to improve access to employment and the quality and conditions of labour.One of company`s main objectives is to support the active behaviour on the labour market, development of employment services, ensuring more good income in order to improve quality and productivity and increasing investment in human capital. This project aims to create high quality jobs for the unemployed and inactive people who fall within the priority target groups of the program and to successfully integrate the most vulnerable groups in the labour market. The project objectives are fully in line with the objectives of OP Human resources development - Improving the quality of life of people in Bulgaria through enhancement of human capital, achieving high levels of employment, improvement of services and enhancing social inclusion. The project envisages the following activities: Activity 1: Hiring of 10 unemployed and / or inactive for a period of 12 months;Activity 2: Purchase of equipment and work clothes, related to the creation of new jobs; Activity 3: Forming a team for organization and management of the project; Activity 4: Information and publicity. Their implementation will ensure quality jobs for 10 representatives of vulnerable groups. With the implementation of the project aims to expand the opportunity set of measures aimed at increasing the employability of the workforce particularly in Sofia and Plovdiv.
