New working places in TV Tourism

TV "Tourism" is a television channel which broadcasts special productions in diverse areas dedicated to Bulgaria. The theme of Bulgaria, as a leading motive in the creative practice of TV, is also reflected in its management strategy. The management supports the professional development and strengthening the positions of talented and competent staff as part of its social commitment. The established practice to support national initiatives is a project proposal "New working places in TV "Tourism", which recognizes the idea of providing employment and social inclusion of vulnerable groups. The project consists in revealing six new jobs and opportunity for employment for unemployed or inactive people up to 29 years old. In accordance with the economic viability of the company and its needs for specialized staff, new jobs will be announced such as 3 Editors and 3 Screenwriters position. The new employees will be hired for a period of 12 months, during which they will be involved in the creation and broadcasting of television production with a documentary character. They will be involved in supporting recording, processing and distribution of television materials with natural and historical themes, and in participating in original productions. TThe project has a total duration of 20 months, the first few monts are intended for recruitment, and to 12 monts for employment of approved candidates. After completion of the project activities, Television is committed to keep 50% of the new jobs for another year, ensuring sustainability of the employment and taken responsibility.
