Creating sustainable new jobs in TPK "Nov svjat"

Project duration is 15 months and will be implemented in Blagoevgrad. The overall objective of the project is to create sustainable work places in TPK Nov sviat by providing professional opportunity for realization of unemployed people from Blagoevgrad and the region in the sewing industry. Specific objectives are: • ensuring of employment in the sewing industry for 20 unemployed persons registered at the Department Labor office in Blagoevgrad • enhancing the professional qualifications of the newly appointed 20 persons by conducting professional training for the profession "Operator in the production of clothing • improving the quality of new work places in the cooperative by investing in the purchase of new equipment. To achieve pointed objectives will be realized activities for selection and hiring of 20 unemployed people from priority target groups of the program / 2 persons with low level of education, 2 long-term unemployed, 10 unemployed, two people with disabilities and four youths to 29 years old/ as they will be trained to acquire professional qualifications in "Operator in the production of clothing" and activities for formation of new work places and reconstruction of part of the existing work places in production of cooperative for placement of newly appointed 20 persons. The realization of this project proposal will contribute to the achievement of the expected results of the program, as it provides 20 unemployed people from priority target groups to be included in the project activities, all will be professional trained and as a result gain a qualification and at least 10 of them at leaving the project will continue their work in the cooperative.
