New working places for unemployed and inactive persons "Cimkoop Holding" Ltd.

"Cimcoop Holding" Ltd is a high tech developing company imposed on the market and proven over the years its stability and capacity. Challenges the company is to expand its market position, increase production capacity, to improve its products. Currently Cimcoop produces spherical and aspherical lenses and flat optical components for the infrared and visible light spectrum produced by CNC technology. The natural development of the company is precisely in the direction of increasing the volumes of production of aspheric optical components, which will enable "Cimcoop Holding" Ltd. to be more competitive in the global market. The production of "Cimcoop Holding" LTD is extremely export-oriented as over 95% of sales now are realized on foreign markets and are used in the field of optical industry worldwide, including professional film and video equipment, medical equipment, industrial lasers , thermal imaging cameras, cameras for aeronautics, space applications for monitoring and control, night vision devices and others. Over the past year there is a sharp increase in the inquiries and orders from international customers, hence the company assumes that it will need to open 14 new job positions mainly in the production and a small part in the administration. It is envisaged that at least 50% of the employees, i.e. a minimum of 7 people by newly appointed to be representatives of the specific category - Unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. This project proposal is geared towards carrying out activities creating new jobs and purchasing the necessary equipment for their effective functioning. This will support the development process of the company and will help create conditions for sustainable employment on the one hand and on the other - on the activities of the company as a whole.
